I hope you are mending. Momma had that nasty flu, she "barked" all the time. Then she whined that her rib cage hurt. And... while I love her, no matter [it is in my contract] she looked like pooh and was floppier than wet toast. The decongestant dried out her eyes... she sneezed and got a bloody eye... then they took the decongestant away so she was wheezy... it was a mess. Let's say... she tested our love and devotion. I would offer you soup, but the woman has used up all of her frozen stock!
Aw, Jeanne! So sorry you are feeling lousy. That really stinks. Rest is the best medicine and with the cruddy weather, it makes it much easier to swallow!!!! Sunshine is sposed to be arriving Tuesday, then a few more days to follow...perhaps by then, you will be able to get out and enjoy it..or at least sit in it!!! When I was a little girl, whenever my brothers or I were sick with bad colds, my mother would make us sit outside in a lawn chair!!! Guess it ws something she learned from her Danish lineage!!! But, it worked!!!!!!

I'm allergic to everything you can take for colds. Makes it darn right miserable for me to be able to only take aspirin.

It sucks, I know. Might as well give up and go see the doc. I went and got my shot yesterday and am feeling some better today.
