Are We In The Desert??

OK, I don't mean to complain, but c'mon!!!  I feel like I am in the middle of the desert!  As it happens, I am in Northern New York...you know...the one near the Adirondacks???  It is supposed to be COOL here.

It's not.  Not at all.  This picture was taken at 1:00AM!!


There was a strange haze over the water all day...you could literally see the humidity hanging over the water.



And last of all...I will show you my "Bug Lights"...they really light up my garden at night!

    Ugh. We are in FL and one summer we went to NYC to try and beat some of the heat here. Well, needless to say we ended up in 103 degrees and the hottest summer NY had seen in a looong time. Eeeks!

    I've read about the Adirondacks at Waldo's blog, it's a wonderful place. How bad that it is too hot... we have a cold summer... it's on-off weather... it's too cold for a t-shirt and not cold enough for a jacket :o(

    Yuck, Heat and humidity are awful. It got quite cool here the last few days, snow in the tops of the mountains even.

    It's supposed to be cool here too but it's going to be 106 here today. We don't like the hots!

    Well, we are in Missouri so I always expect bad, humid and hot summers and I really enjoy your extra photos on IG. Great lights. We are into lights too.
