I am so confused. This is Katrina all over again.... we can get media there, but not supplies and help? Air drops? Who is coordinating this? Why is there no protocol in place for safe delivery of aid? I have asked the same question since Katrina. I have lived through an earthquake. I was 7 and to this day I can still smell the aftermath.
