I only use the cell for emergencies, most of the time it's not even turned on
I've become attached to my cell phone -- but I don't text and drive.And in our state you can get fined for even talking on it while you drive.But, I still see people doing it constantly.
That is the most annoying thing Pamela! The fact that it IS against the law, but every single day I see tons of people talking and texting...and the police don't stop them???
