We did alot of this:
We then had to spend like the ENTIRE day in the car. A tiny little car. Mama called it a RENTAL car.
The good news is we went to pick up her Jeep! Ben drove it home and it seems to be running good...so a couple thousand bucks later...guess that's a good thing.
Here's a few pics of our journey...
Boring right?
At least we had a couple of bites of chicken...
And we are very glad that we do not live in Connecticut...our Uncle is having a terrible storm! No power!!
Looks like a very pretty drive though! :D
ReplyDeleteLovely to meet you guys, thanks for saying hi!
xo
Luna
We're so happy that your Jeep is back!
ReplyDeleteWe lost our power twice yesterday but only for short periods of time. What a snowstorm and it's still October!
Love ya lots
Maggie and Mitch
Yay, you got the Jeep back!!! How strange that while the east is being pummeled by snow, we have none! Ah well...
ReplyDeleteYou asked about our Muprhy. He turned 6 in August. Not sure about getting a second pup....maybe later. It really is so much easier caring for one.
Rentelacar, love it! They gave me an Impala as my rental while they fix my car. I had to literally climb inside the trunk to retrieve my groceries. I have never seen such a deep trunk! So much wasted space.
ReplyDeleteYou had the same kind of day we did. Lots of driving but Duke stayed home and guarded the house for us.
ReplyDeleteLove the shots!
ReplyDeleteMy family lives in CT and my cousin Roni called last night...12 inches expected! I now hear 2.5 Million are without power...Geeeez!! SO glad we don't live there!
hughugs

ReplyDeleteWe are happy the Jeep is fixed, but oh what a lot of inconvenience it cause.
