Thoughtless Thursday: The Polar Vortex Edition

See that picture up there???  THAT is where I would like to be right this very minute.

Instead...we are in the midst of another Polar Vortex.  Seriously?  A year ago no one had ever heard that term before and now we are using it in every day language!  It is supposed to be bone chilling cold here over the next several days.  Here are a few pics of what we are looking at...out our windows...

Stay WARM out there!!

  3. Yep, polar vortex has became quite the word again this year. Even us Canadians (who are well used to the snow) have been a little shocked at good 'ol jack frost!

  4. Jeanne it's funny, because we're getting a lot of COLD and WIND here but no snow.

Stay warm and cozy, my friend. Spring will be here before we know it.

X to you and the girlz

  13. Yes, dangerously cold indeed! Tonight my husband and I went out to dinner and the Jeep just stopped on the way home...we lost all electric and everything! No lights! It was not in a good place either...the winds were making it very difficult to see on the road! We were SO, SO glad that it started back up in about ten minutes!!

  14. Ron, I would LOVE to ship you some of this snow! It is NUTS trying to drive in this stuff...the piles of snow are so high that you can't even see to pull out of the driveway...and intersections are especially difficult!! Florida is looking REAL good right about now!!
