I wondered where winter was! It looked like spring here today - It was almost 60 degrees. But that's supposed to change as Old Man Winter is making a small appearance.
We do too guys! Unfortunately, looking at the longer range weather forecast...it looks like more snow to come on Wednesday! At least the sun was out today...it does not shine much here in NY in the winter. I SO enjoy your gorgeous scenes!
We just cannot seem to get Old Man Winter out of the way this year! We are looking at more snow on Wednesday...but the cold temps are killing us! It is supposed to be in the teens at night. I thought of you when I just booked a hotel in Virginia for our trip south. We have never stayed in a hotel with the dogs before...at least not with Juliet and Romey. But since we sold the RV, we will be taking a very LONG drive to South Carolina and we have to stay one night in a hotel. Hoping it goes well!! I am thrilled you got MAX!! :)
Oh how I wish I could figure out a way to send you some of this glorious snow that we have piled up in our yard and driveway!! Perhaps you should just move here! :) BOL!! We have no flowers even CLOSE to blooming. I sure am looking forward to heading south and seeing real FLOWERS!!
BOL!! This year will be quite a bit different than the other years! We have to fit all five of us in the Jeep WITH our STUFF. It will be a tight squeeze for sure! We are renting condos so we just have to bring some things with us...but it is a heck of a lot different than having everything in the RV. I am very, very concerned about the drive there. Chloe does not ride well at ALL and it is two entire days of driving. Both Juliet and Romey love the car...so they should be fine. It will be an adventure for sure!
oh how I wish we could head to south too... we have an icy cols today... I can not remember that I aver had to scratch the car windows free in march...
Yeah, it seems like spring is running really late this year here in WNY. But that's a good thing. It keeps the fruit trees from blooming too early and then getting a frost. I'm sure in a couple weeks it will suddenly be summer!
It doesn't feel like it either.
ReplyDeleteAlmost the first day of Spring. We have a few crocuses almost ready to blossom. But you know us, we would love a little bit more of that snow.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Can I come south with you too? All this snow is getting to me.
ReplyDeleteLooks like our place. We have a frostbite advisory for tonight!
ReplyDeleteUhOh......that looks soooooo cold! Brrrrrr
