Belated Birthday Celebration & Movie Night

My sister and I celebrated my birthday last night as I wasn't in town on my actual birthday. We had a terrific night, going to see "Nights in Rodanthe" first, then to AppleBee's afterwards....we both love their sizzling desserts! I honestly could watch Richard Gere all night long! The chemistry he has with Diane Lane is undeniable! I really enjoyed the movie...it is one that you could wait for the DVD. The scenery is beautiful as it is filmed on the Outer Banks in North Carolina. I don't want to spoil it for anyone so I won't tell you how it ended. But. It was not the ending that I expected. At All. But I still recommend it!!

Oh yum, that looks like a perfect Birthday dessert!

I'm so behind with watching the newer movies and I never get around to seeing them in theaters.

Forget Richard Gere. That dessert looks much better!

So glad you got to spend time with your sister. Hope you were able to unwind a bit! I am glad the movie was a good one, and WOW! That dessert looks absolutely DELICIOUS! The only problem is...you didn't tell us what was in those BOXES!!!!! hehehe

It's always good to keep the celebrations going!
Glad you had fun.
The movie's previews looked good and I love RG and DL but hubby will probably not be interested in this one, so I'll wait for DVD.
