100% Wholesome

Hugging is healthy. It helps the immune system, cures depression, reduces stress and induces sleep. It's invigorating, rejuvenating and has no unpleasant side effects. Hugging is nothing less than a miracle drug.
Hugging is all natural. It is organic, naturally sweet, no artificial ingredients, nonpolluting, environmentally friendly and 100 percent wholesome.

Hugging is the ideal gift. Great for any occasion, fun to give and receive, shows you care, comes with its own wrapping and, of course, is fully returnable.

I should be as healthy as a horse with all the hugs I get around here.

Happy Saturday!

My little store is in a small market. Over the years all the business owners have become great friends. We tend to greet each other with hugs. I hug my favorite customers and friends and family when I see them. I'm a huggy girl.

I love hugs. I could use a hug right now. I think I'll hug my cat. Here kitty, kitty.

I am from a family of non-huggers and married a hugger. I am now a hugger, thank God.

Hugs to you!

I like hugging. Dawn doesn't. Makes me sad because a hug shows affection....and I like feeling affection. Here is a virtual "hug" for you!!

I had a great friend with a t-shirt that read "free hugs." I'm sure it helped that he was handsome, but women he didn't know often shyly asked for one. It's the "shyly asked" that makes me think it was genuine, rather than just flirting when they asked.

Naturally, he was delighted to oblige, LOL!

Funny, just this morning I was thinking I should do a post on hugging. I am not really big on hugging. I think the most important thing people forget, is, a hug is a gift. If someone demands it from you, they take away the right for you to give it. It then becomes an obligation and a violation of sorts. Not every gift is welcome either, if it is given with strings attached. A hug given as a sincere, no strings attached gift is a beautiful thing, and I don't have a problem with them.

Was it you that wrote a while back about some kids getting into trouble (I think high school kids) for hugging? Seriously, the litigation-fearing administration at their school had decided to BAN hugging! can you believe it?

Hugs are great. But they do not cure actual true to life depression. It would be really great if it was that easy, wouldn't it.
