Anxiety Much?

I think I am losing my mind. Just have tons and tons of things that need to be done. Right now. Ever feel like you are just tooooooo overwhelmed?? That's how I am feeling. I need to just STOP. And Breathe. You probably have noticed I haven't been around reading and commenting much lately. Just haven't had the time. Hoping to get back to my regular routine soon. Computer problems with my laptop at the cottage are a pain in the a**. Paying for roadrunner, but the processor is so slow that it wouldn't matter what I was using...it is just TOOOOOO SLOW!! Not sure what I'm going to do about that one. I'd love to get a new one. But, that's not going to happen anytime soon. My daughter is looking for a house. Everything they can afford is in a bad neighborhood (MY term, not hers!!). I worry that they will be ok. The economy sucks right now. How on earth are kids supposed to make it these days. It was hard for us to scrape together enough $$$$ to buy a house in 1984. Nowadays, holy mackerel!!! OK, enough of my bitching. Off to get some stuff done. Hope to be around to visit y'all soon!!!

I can really understand how you are feeling. I don't know what a regular routine is anymore.
I don't know how many people make it today. After renting for about 9 years we bought our house in early '92 but if we had to buy now, no way! My daughter was in an apartment but it didn't last long, she's back home with us, with her son and fiance. They try to save, but something always happens. Recently he needed to buy a newer vehicle and then had a tooth absess and has to have a root canal, etc.
So much for them being out by the holidays this year. LOL
Hope you get back in your groove soon!

I think this is a common state for people nowdays... money is tight, time is flying and just can't get everything done.

I was looking for a bichon poster and found you. I have one and she is almost 8 months old. Such fun and cutest little kid I ever met.

Hey - it's suppose to be summer and I think we are all experiencing the same thing.

Blogging does seem to be intruding into what we want to do. In the winter there isn't that much to do at all - so much more time.

I justify this by saying it goes with my breakfast and coffee. When the coffee is gone - I'm suppose to be too.

It is easy to tell ourselves not to worry about everything...but another to atually NOT worry.

I think everyone is so burdened with so much in our country. We are so blessed in so many ways, but sometimes "ownership" causes more stress than anything. It seems like we spend so much of our time trying to get things done, that we are robbed of times for relaxation!

I really do wonder sometimes, how kids are ever going to make it. There is so much junk in this world and with gasoline prices shooting through the roof, the auto industry has come to a crisis point...this country is so big and spread out...we basically depend on wheels to keep moving and going. Something needs to be done, but I just don't know what that is! With a limping auto industry, our country seems to be slowing down not just physically, but also economically.

The bottom line is that it really isnt going to solve anything by worrying. And, worry can cause some serious diseases and health problems. So, as you said, breathe!
