Google's Chrome

Does anyone have any thoughts on Google's new browser, Chrome? I'm still in the process of setting up my new laptop and decided I'd give this new browser a try. One thing I haven't figured out yet is how to get the latest Flash download to work with Chrome. I understand I have to download the Uninstaller first. Close down all the other browsers and windows and then download the latest version. Some say it works, others no....just wondering if any of you had tried it...

Happy Thursday everyone!!

Sigh! I am retyping this cause I accidently refreshed the page when I was about to hit send! ARRRGGH

Ok so I'm sticking with Firefox and have been using it for years and it ROCKS. Chrome is just a duplicate version of it and if you've been using Explorer for years then you're going to feel like Chrome is awesome. Us Firefox users, we know better. ;o)

Jean, try Firefox instead of Chrome or Explorer (definitely instead of Explorer). It's got no problems with Flash or anything of the sort. You can download it at www.mozilla.com

I've been using Chrome since they released the BETA, and I love it. Not all webpages work in it, and I'm not sure about the Flash stuff, but it works very well for my purposes. Play around a bit, it is fun to use.
My favorite thing is the tabs. I use two monitors with my computer, and with Chrome you are able to rearrange the tabs, or even drag one tab onto the other screen to have it be a seperate window. You can drag it back and it becomes a tab again! You can also rearrange the tabs you have open.
Here is a neat little comic the google people produced to explain chrome: http://www.google.com/googlebooks/chrome/

I've never heard of it. I hate it when I'm the last to know things. :)

Can't help because I've never heard of it? I'd be interested to hear what you find out about it though.
