RIP ZippyBear
Love you and Miss you ...
Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn's rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there, I did not die...

We all have been thinking about you non stop. Tomorrow look at the silvieon4 blog, she did a post for the Big Guy.
Forgive us, but we started our day by looking at his pics on your blog. Silvie always responded to his face. He was part of our on line family.
All of our love, the Silvies, JD, the Wendy and Daddy too.
Oh Jeanne, here I sit thinking about what to say when we know that words just seem useless. I know about the holes in our hearts that are left when our faithful companions leave us. And I know that the likelihood of losing our companion long before his/her time, according to our measure, always exists. But we open our lives and our hearts, knowing they are likely to be bruised in the end. For to know the love of a canine companion is enlightening. I often have said that looking into the eyes of a dog is like seeing the very eyes of God; eyes filled with love, never questioning our decisions, but always beside us in the troubled times, as well as the good ones!
Zippo was fortunate to have had you and you were fortunate to have had him! He knew love immeasurable and gave you so much in return!
God Bless!
I'm so sorry for the loss of your sweet guy. Katya said everything I needed to say...only better.
I hope that hole in your heart mends soon and you can happily remember all the wonderful things about Zippo.
(((Jeanne)))
