An Addict of HGTV that is! Gotcha!!
Anyway...if you get a chance...check out the special they are doing on holiday decorating with Trisha Yearwood, Brooke Burke, and Sherry Shepherd. It is OUTSTANDING! I just love what those designers have done! It is OVER THE TOP Awesome!!!
Anyway...at the end of the show...they have a little partay at Trisha Yearwood's house...and they serve...you guessed it....GREEN Punch!!
Not only did it sound really good when they were talking about it...it looked pretty cool too! Alcohol does not mix with my medications...so I am always on the lookout for some great non-alcoholic recipes.
This one is a keeper!!
Check it out!! MMMMMMMMM......
2 packets of unsweetened Lemon-Lime Kool-Aid
2 cups sugar
1 46-ounce can pineapple juice
12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
32 ounces ginger ale (1 quart)
Put 2 quarts of water in a 1 gallon container. Add the drink mix and sugar, and stir until the sugar dissolves. Then add the pineapple juice and the lemonade concentrate. Stir well. Then right before you serve it add the ginger ale.

oh, I love the color, and the snowman cookies!
Those shows certainly are addicting! Have to check out that one, love holiday specials like that. The punch does sound good but the green color I'm not so sure about hehe.
That sounds a lot like the punch
we have every Christmas Eve...
the pineapple juice gives it a
kick sans alcohol.
Tell the truth. It is all about Holmes on homes..., but he is mine, all mine! LOL!!!!
Sounds yummy! Thanks for the recipe :)

We are going to have to fight it out 'vie! I love HOLMES!
That recipe sounds so tasty! Yumm!!!! I used to sit down every now and then and watch HGTV. In fact, everyone was sooo well trained (hahah!) they would place me in a chair and automatically turn on the station for me. Not anymore. Gyroscopes just never stop SPINNING and neither do I!
Sounds like such a good holiday show. I've been thrilled watching all my Martha Stewart episodes all about crafting. I fast-forwarding past all the cooking to get straight to the craft projects! Have a great week ahead.
Hugs,
Holly
Very cool! I am going to tell Beth about this right away!
