St. Patrick's Day Dinner...

It was a crazy busy day, but I managed to throw together some corned beef paninis with Irish Herbed Butter and Ginger Beer.  The key lime pie was super delicious!!

We had an emergency vet visit for LadyBug who had injured her spine. The vet gave her a couple of injections and she is on metacam for awhile...we'll see how she does. Trying to keep her quiet.

Those paninis sound tasty. Not a huge fan of corned beef but anything in a panini is good.

Hope the little one is OK.

Wow Jeanne! You "threw together" a meal that looks fit for a king! Our fmily was so busy last week, I felt iserable. I love activity, but enough is enough!!!!

Oh, I hope little LadyBug is much improved by now. How our hearts ache when our little faithful companions hurt or have a problem! Hugs to LadyBug and you, too!!!!
