Christmas Gift Ideas???? Anyone??

I am trying to decide what to get the girlz...

Several things have already arrived, but I still have a few things I am debating about.  Have any of you tried the Drinkwell Original Fountain?  It seems to be mostly used by cats, but I was thinking it might be good to convince the girlz to drink more water??
I would be interested to know if any of you have tried any of the drinking fountains currently on the market and if so...what are your thoughts??

Any other ideas for gifts??

What are YOU telling Santa to get for your pets?????

You know who has - Tanner trains the family - they are connected to me if they aren't connected to you. And she did a couple of posts on various fountains.

we don't have one of these but we do have a cheapo self watering dish. It's nice but not the easiest thing to keep clean

personaly I like the old fashioned bowls for water. The drink fountains tend to get slimey because we don't tend to pick it up and clean it out as often as a regular ole bowl. But that's just me :-)

My dogs always get those cookies you find at the pet stores that look like Christmas cookies, with icing and sprinkles. plus new plush toys.

I know someone who has one of those drinking fountains, the dogs seem to like it. Couldn't tell you much more about them.

I am going to make toys for dogs. Squeaky toys drive the dogs into a frenzy, so I'm going to make some without. :)

We have never tried a fountain before. I have heard rumors that my feline sisters are getting a new bed for Christmas and well, I am hoping for a new couch. BOL!

I gots LOTS of squeaky toys and I really love them. Mom can't buy me more but Mom rotates my toys so it feels like I get new toys every week!

For water I have 2 vintage bowls that Mom rotates daily.

Finn is right, Tanner Trains the Family did a couple posts on a drinking fountain and if I recall correctly, they seemed pretty happy with it overall.

For Suka, he will probably get some special treats and a special toy. Perhaps a big comfy dog bed if I can find one I like. Good luck with your Christmas shopping!

We used to have the Drinkwell original for our cats and it was perfect--Just be sure to change the filter when you're supposed to. For gift ideas, I actually posted a wish list for Arie on our blog in two parts. Here's the first:http://goo.gl/tJl1O and the second: http://goo.gl/HFTyV

Also, in case you didn't see my email, you won our contest! Email me your address so they can send you the book.

we always stuff Teas' stocking first
and then wrap a few toys for her to unwrap, but she is always interested
in any gift being opened...

haven't seen the fountains, but it
seems functional.

our cat drinks water out of our "pond" rather than the bowl we set out. But during the winter she seems to be happy with her water bowl. Do you dogs not like to drink their water? Not tall enough for the toilet bowl? giggle.

I haven't tried the drinking fountains, but I find a good playing session makes Chloe thirsty!

My friends have one and they love it! Both their dog and cat use it! This is such a cute picture too... that face is precious! I bought squeaky toys for Phoebe and for Romeo (my mom's four-legged). I just sewed a little scarf for Phoebe today so she'll have something festive to wear when it's too warm for a sweater. Luckily it's getting chillier! Hope you're having a great Sunday.
Hugs,
Holy

I think it would scare me a bit, but mom tells me they are nice!

I am hoping for some Musher's Wax for my paws because my boots always come off my little paws! Also a new squeaky toy.
