Scary, Isn't It?

My husband has decided it is time to start cleaning out this house...we've lived here for 20 years. We have three kids' worth of STUFF that needs to be gone through and tossed out or given away. It is going to be a HUGE undertaking. The good news is that we have started.

LOOK at those scary looking clown type dolls that he found down in the basement! Yikes! And he wonders why his daughter isn't particularly fond of clowns??? My son suggested we take the clown figures down to our local McDonald's and sit them on top of the speaker at the drive-thru...then set up the video camera! That's the stuff "Ellen" might be interested in for her show!!

I was tempted to do it!! But, the girlz took a few sniffs and then went about their business.

I do believe the clowns will be donated....or something!

Any suggestions??

When you're done with your house do you want to come and do mine? I've been here over 20 years and I've got way too much junk accumulated. I hope when I get around to the big clean up I don't find any scary clowns in my basement.
I like the idea of taking them to McDonalds, that's funny

About once a year I try to get rid of
things taking up space in the shed...
it's not an easy task , so I feel for you... I take photos of everything so I
keep those instead.

OMG...I'm not fond of clowns either. They scare the heck out of me!!!!!

Doesn't it feel great to clean house? I'm about ready to do that myself in March. It's such a therapeutic experience!

LOVE Ellen!

Happy Saturday, Jeanne!

Donate those clowns! Happy Saturday and good luck. I do not envy you. It is pretty terrible when the husbands get going on "projects"!

The clowns got to GO. Good luck with your purging, you'll be so renewed when it's over. I'm trying to get up the energy and inspiration to do the same. It feels great when it's done but I can think of a million excuses to get out of it in the meantime!

Have you considered burying them in the backyard under the light of full moon to keep them from coming back to life? Just a thought...

I bet you have loads of treasures so you should have a heaping huge garage sale first Springy weekend. The clown dolls remind me of that USPS commercial. :-)

Oh my, they are creepy looking. I think it would be a funny video to get expressions on those.

Burn them, shred them, and then bury them!
