Nutrition for your Dog's #WholeBodyHealth!!

**This post is sponsored by Natural Balance's Original Ultra Whole Body Health and the BlogPaws Professional Pet Blogger Network. I am being compensated for helping to spread the word about Whole Body Health, but BICHONPAWZ only shares information we feel is relevant to our readers. Natural Balance is not responsible for the content of this article.**

Several weeks ago, I had a questionnaire on my blog and I asked for feedback  from other pet parents' on behalf of Natural Balance so that we could gather information and put together an infographic once all of the answers were compiled.  So without further adieu...here is the infographic summarizing the results of the survey regarding dog health, dog nutrition, and whole body health:

Whole Body Health supports 7 different areas of dog health.

~Formulated with optimal levels of DHA and EPA from marine sources to support an active and healthy brain.

~Added taurine for a healthy heart and eye function.

~Balanced Omega 6 and Omega 3 ratios to support healthy skin and an extra luxurious coat!

~Proper levels of calcium and phosphorus to maintain strong bones for lots of activity...especially JUMPING!!

~Using multiple types of fibers -- fruits and grains -- the unique fiber layering system helps to maintain healthy digestion for your dog's health.

~Natural Balance Original Ultra Whole Body Health contains quality proteins to assist in supporting healthy muscle which, as we all know, is important at ANY age!!

Studies have shown that the number one health problem for Bichons is skin issues and allergies.  Bichon owners are obligated to provide an optimal diet that will promote healthy skin.   The skin is the largest organ of the body, the primary defense against the environment. Plus, the skin is the first organ to exhibit signs of poor nutrition, and changes due to certain diseases, and occasionally, the accumulation of toxins or contaminants in the body.   A dog that is healthy and well-fed will LOOK healthier!!   The skin and coat can indicate the general health of the dog.

It is extremely important for our pets to get all of the vitamins and nutrients that they need! A nutritious diet that includes protein strengthens your dog's immune system and fights  allergies, infections and diseases. Feeding your dog a wide variety of ingredients helps prevent allergies over time. Providing an optimal diet will promote good health, and will also help prevent and treat skin allergies.

Peeps wishes I would eat veggies and fruit but alas I won't as I think they are the devil's food. Have a tremendous Thursday.

Best wishes Molly.
