We Are Finally Back!

As most of you know, we have been out of town for the past month or so and many things were going on that we had not planned on.  We certainly did not plan on taking a month long break from the blog!

The insurance company decided to deny my coverage for my meds that I have been on for twenty years, and my Dr tried to appeal the decision.  That too was denied.  So, just a couple of days before we headed out, I was informed that I had to change to some new meds.  This has been a MUCH bigger transition than I had could have ever imagined and I am still struggling every single day.  Hopefully, time will help.

We saw some beautiful things while we were gone and the temps were HOT!

Myrtle Beach is one of our Happy Places!

Since we missed Sugar's See Beautiful Hop, we would like to share our Smiles for Sugar Collage!  Sugar always made us smile!

I'm so sorry that the insurances in your country are heartless too... but I hope that it goes well with the new meds and that efurrything is back to a good normal soon.... and maybe the smiles of your girls are a kind of treatment too... and they are always there and they need no insurances...

disgusting that insurance companies get to make decisions about your health against your doctors and your wishes!! With adverse reactions! That's awful. Glad you had a good trip and arrived home safely! Share pics when you can..

Mom says insurance sucks!!! It shouldn't have to be that hard to feel good. We hope you can get it all sorted out so you can be feeling wonderful. Love the happy furries.

Welcome back. Sorry about the insurance issues. I don't understand why they have to make everything so difficult.

Sooooo sorry to hear about the insurance and medication issues. Insurance is there to make things easier for us, yet it seems that there is always some kind of hassle. Hope you get everything worked out soon, my friend!

We miss Sugar, too. :-( I'm sorry to hear of your troubles with your medication. That stinks. Especially when you're looking forward to relaxing on your trip. I need to scan back through your blog and see the places you went!
