Harmony!

Hello friends!  I am here today to give you an update on how everyone is getting along...it has now been about six weeks since Romeo and Juliet have joined our family.

The real surprise is that Chloe and Romeo have formed a bond!  It really seemed as if Juliet and Chloe would be closer...but as it turns out...Romeo and Chloe have taken to hanging out together!

I purchased an expen just before Romeo and Juliet arrived and had not taken the time to install it.  So, I set out to put it together yesterday.  It wasn't difficult to set up, I just hope that all of the pieces will stay in the ground.  There are so many rocks here...just under the surface...that I cannot bury stuff here!  I can hammer as hard as I can...that rock will not budge!!  One of the main reasons I purchased this expen is to protect my little dogs from the LARGE neighborhood dog that is barking his fool head off!!

I know that Juliet loves being outside...loves to listen to the birds and the chippies!

All in all, we are pleased with the way things are going...with the exception of Romeo MARKING everywhere...that is driving us crazy!!

That's wonderful news that everyone is getting along. We did notice the bellyband on Romeo. Hopefully, one day soon, it will disappear.

Yay for getting along! We hope Romeo can figure out he doesn't need to mark everything soon!

Isn't it wonderful when all the puzzles seem to fit together. Have you tried using those big clips that Mom uses to hold the electrical cords down on the ground for the Christmas lights? We don't know what they are called but they look like a very long letter U. If you get the strong ones, you might be able to rivet them in the ground around the pen.

Hopefully the marking will stop soon. I love the exercise pen. It's all about keeping the babies safe from others.

WoooHoooo!!! That is so good to hear! butts, I'm not too surprised ~ sounded like Romeo and Juliet were cool doggies, and Chloe is my gurl, so I knew they would mesh! Butts, Romeo, dude, you gots to stop with the marking! It's your place, k? No need to remind everyone every day...☺

As we know, with three, one is always the odd one out, but in our house, I prefer to keep to myself, so it works out just fine. Glad you are all getting along so well.

The doggies look happy to be outside in the green grass, fur sure. So glad Romeo & Juliet are settling in well. Bessie, my Basset minion, woofs "hellos" to them!

Sounds like they have settled in nicely. Gibbs isn't real crazy about being outside too much. He doesn't like being out alone or in the sun. Being mostlt blac I think he just gets too hot.
