Do You Remember?

Some of you had asked what was inside the box that arrived shortly before Christmas...the box that was for LadyBug!  Well, in the photo above, you will see that LadyBug received a very nice denim bed from Snoozer Pet Products!!  Most of you know Snoozer Pet Products from the Cozy Cave that I have talked about before, but this is one of their other model beds...you see...LadyBug is a connoisseur of beds!

I am pretty sure that there is not a dog in the world who has as many beds as LadyBug does...and USES them ALL!!  When I adopted her from Rescue, she came with TWO of her very own beds!  Well...now she has beds in every single room of the house!  The funny thing is...she actually uses each and every one of them.  You can find her happily sleeping away any time of the day in one of her beds...sometimes it takes us a while to find her!! :)

On Christmas morning, the girls were helping me open gifts and here are a few pics of LadyBug and her newest bed!

The funny thing is...Miss Chloe has a few favorite beds and if LadyBug happens to be on one of HER favorites, she will jump right up there or paw at her until she actually gets down!!  Too funny!

Spa Day...Complete!!

The girls went to see our favorite groomer!!  They are all spiffed up for Christmas now!!

They always look so pretty and fluffy and WHITE when they get home

If ONLY it would stay that way!!

Unfortunately...we have snow.  So, we do the best we can!

Also, I am happy to report that I had my nails done too so we are ALL ready for the holidays!

Except, I have a bunch of OTHER stuff to do...

But, at least we have a shorter "To Do" List.

Hope you all are checking things off your list too!

Let The Wrapping Begin!!

Each year we all have a million things to do to get ready for Christmas and the holidays.  One thing I truly enjoy is making each and every present a little piece of my own artwork.  I take great pride in selecting just the right wrapping paper and just the right ribbon for each gift and each recipient.

A lot of people look at it as work, but I don't...it is really something I enjoy and I put a LOT of time and energy and LOVE in to every single gift.

Let the creating begin!!

Christmas Light Night!

The girls have been hibernating for a couple of days while we are getting very cold temps and wind chills below zero.  They really do not like to go out in the wind!  Their feet tend to freeze to the ground when it is that cold so we have to drag out winter jackets and Pawz boots!  So they prefer to hang out and snuggle inside their Snoozer bed!

Each year, we go out for a ride around our town checking out Christmas lights.  We have certain neighborhoods that are favorites and some that are random, but we were very surprised that there were NOT as many lights as usual this year.

In fact, compared to the Halloween lights we saw this year, there were actually MORE decorations for Halloween!!

Here are some of the shots I took while we were out riding around...

Please take note of these items and work to ensure your dog doesn't have access to things like this at home. I'd venture to guess that most of these dog owners thought their dogs would never eat things like this - but as they found out the hard way, they do. Just the other day I saw a dog that ate a sock and the owners swore he didn't. The dog was 10 years old and had never eaten anything before. The point is, you can't be too careful.

These are not just examples .... these items were ACTUALLY removed from the stomachs of dogs and cats that were insured.  These items are from the insurance company files.

Have them eat something GOOD...like Natural Balance!! :)

ChristmasDay 2015

I cannot believe another Christmas has come and gone...doesn't it seem as if each year the season is shorter than the one before??

Here are some scenes from our Christmas Day!

We all had a great time, but it was over too soon!!
