The holidays sometimes stress you out, but mostly because they wear you down. Take it easy! You can have a fun holiday without running yourself ragged.
I just took the same quiz and it says my stress level is LOW! Proof that if you're too broke to buy gifts and too tired to argue politics and too sick to go to parties, you too can be stress free!
I did it, but some of the questions didn't apply. I got a low stress level, and I would definitely agree with that. I hope you get past your freaking out stage soon, so you can enjoy.
