Crocs: A Thing of the Past??
Crocs used to be SOOOOOO big??? Do you remember??
Do you remember just last summer we were all singing the praises of Crocs....or not. Some of us with major foot problems thought they were fabulous! They were not the most attractive thing...but hey, there is something to be said for comfort!!
I ran across this article....and it appears that Crocs are not doing so well and may very well be a thing of the past.
Will you miss them? Edited to add: SOME people REALLY hate Crocs! Check THIS out!

I prefer Fitflops, which are excellent for my archs, for summer. Crocs are good for walking the dog, but little else, in my opinion. I am NOT a Croc fan.

Um.... Won't miss them in the slightest. Not even a little bit.
Ugh! I can't stand Crocs. The company that makes them is right here in Colorado so everyone here has them. I refuse to wear something that makes my already big foot look even bigger!
The thing about America, is that you love to embrace a fad, yet you lose interest just a quickly: cabbage patch dolls, pet rocks, mood rings, tie-died tshirts, plurk, twitter, myspace, blackberry, iPhone, there lots more but these are just off the top of my head. But you get the picture.
I never had a pair of Crocs but if they are comfy I should be wearing them because sometimes a heel spur bugs me and I need the comfort. Who cares what they look like.
Hm. My paws just don't adapt to crocs. I might make a real effort for Manolos... Weitzman... Leboutin... but crocs? Nahhh. Besides, momma had garden shoes made out of the same stuff and those are ugly too. But, if you hear that Gucci, Ferragamo, Via Spiga, Fendi or even Prada, are looking for a doggy model, DO NOT HESITATE I Am here!!!!!! I will ready, willing and able and I got 4paws which means I could wear 2 coordinating pairs at ONCE!

Wow, interesting!
I have a pair of blue Crocs that dwell in the camper. In my opinion, there is NO better camping shoe! They are perfect to wear getting in and out of the camper, taking the Scottie boys out, and wearing down to the beach if one wants to wade. They really do have a purpose!!!!
BUT, I don't wear Crocs at home. They really are comfy and such, but I wear flipflops or sneakers.(when my toes get cold!)
When I was in WalMart early this Spring, I felt somewhat cheated that they didn't have the cute Spongebob Croc look-alikes in my size!! hehehehehe
Love Crocs. Love 'em. Fabulous for the pool, the deck, running the kids to camp.
Not so fabulous for my poor beleagured feet. These days those are the only times I wear them, the rest of the time it's old lady orthopedic shoes.
You wouldn't believe how many people come out rafting wearing crocs and expect them to stay on during a whitewater rafting trip.
That being said - you wouldn't believe how many people end up going home with only one shoe.
Idiots.
I hate crocs. I won't miss them either. Never owned a pair. My feet are far more particular about what they look like wearing accessories. Crocs just don't cut it.
I swear I will cry if I can no longer have my crocs!!!
