As most of you know, I am not very tolerant of heat and humidity. This would be the reason we go south during the March / April timeframe. We usually beat the real hot humid weather.
Not true this year!! It was HOT. It was HUMID!! Especially on this particular day when we decided to venture to the Gamble Rogers Recreation Area. I can assure you that the aforementioned hike did not last very long!! Before I passed out, we had to book for the Air Conditioned Car.
My husband needs a new hiking partner!!
The girlz are not tolerant of these conditions either!!
We were not camping at this park, we just happened upon it while cruising down A1A on Easter Sunday and decided to check it out. During the part of the video where Ben looks like he is walking rather "funny" he was pretending the avoid the snakes!

But it does look like an interesting place to visit. The Momster isn't a big fan of heat and humidity either and we are just now starting our long summer of heat and humidity. Thank dogness for a/c.

i do not like the heats 'n humidities either!! my furs get all kinky, and it's miserable tryin' to run after my ball, and then i get way thirsty like and drink my waters way to fast and sometimes barf them back up. boohoo!!
it was 96 yesterday and 98 today, so it's a good thingie you aren't down here now! we had a new A/C put in today at my house, so me 'n asa are cool pups. :)
