This recipe is an original from a good friend of ours!! She makes all of Jackpot's meals!! He is a very lucky little guy!!
Easy Salmon Muffins
1 package of JIFFY Muffin Mix or any cornbread muffin mix
1 5-oz. can of skinless, boneless salmon
1/3 cup of blueberries
Follow directions on muffin mix box. Drain salmon, add to mix. Add blueberries (I use fresh frozen ones).
Bake following directions on muffin mix box.
Refrigerate or freeze immediately.
Keeps in fridge for two days or in freezer for two months.
