We've never tasted Bison before... but I have tried drying some pork and beef... they do taste good. Looks like the ladies are having a blast.
We can't wait to try the wild bison ones when they come :)
OMD!! Don't they sound delish!! I LOVES freeze dried stuffs!!! My absoulte fav is freeze dried chickens, butts I also likes freeze dried beef lung. I GOTS to try this bison!!!
