Here is a two year old Bichon Frise in need of a home!
One of my friends is selling him. He has been raised in a very good home with other bichons!

He is two years old and already neutered.

He is just too cute! The more the merrier, we say!
Yes, you do need three and it is very logical. If a decision needs made and there is a disagreement, the third doggie can break the tie. Duh!
