There are many other considerations that pet owners consider when purchasing delicious and nutritious food for their dogs and cats. One of the main considerations in today's economy is affordability!!
Years ago, when I brought home my first dog, I just popped in to my local grocery store and grabbed a bag of dog food off the shelf. There were not very many choices back then! (Not that I am THAT old!) I didn't even think twice about it. We must educate ourselves on overall nutrition, not just for our pets, but for US as well.
Nature's Recipe makes recipes for real life and they are designed to provide specific nutritional and functional benefits. It is important to note that Nature's Recipe foods do not contain artificial colors or preservatives.
Life Stages Recipes are specifically tailored to your dog's life stage with three different types: Puppy, Adult, and Senior. Nature's Recipe is available in either wet or dry and there are three different formulations for breed sizes.
~Small - for dogs less than 20 lbs.
~Medium - for dogs 21-69 lbs.
~Large - for dogs over 70 lbs.
As I was walking through the aisles at PetSmart checking out all of the different types of foods available, I took notice that there were such a large variety of TYPES of foods...yet every single one of them was very affordable. Healthy AND affordable quality grain-free food -- it just doesn't get any better than that!!
My dogs happen to prefer the Premium Pure Essentials, Grain Free Wet food in cups or cans. They also enjoy the grain free salmon in broth cups. These wet food recipes feature protein sources in cups chock full of savory broth. For example, the Pure Essentials Grain Free Salmon that they had for dinner tonight contains REAL salmon as the #1 ingredient and they include real vegetables, including savory sweet potato and fresh green beans. Vitamins and minerals are added to benefit overall nutrition and the BEST part is absolutely NO artificial preservatives!! Take a look at a close-up of the food!
The bottom line is that you CAN purchase affordable, healthy dog food for your pet without going broke. Nature's Recipe foods are extremely nutritious and delicious, yet cost-effective as well. All of the Nature's Recipe foods are available at your local PetSmart or online at Petsmart.com.
You will find in-depth information regarding each particular food on the Nature's Recipe website or you can follow on Social Media: Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
They sure do look happy with Nature's Recipe!!

I think the price is what keeps a lot of pet owners from going with a good quality dog food. You shouldn't get sticker shock going through the pet food section.
I wish we had such great things in our dog stores too.... I think I come over to you and eat my way through your store :o)
You did a good job spreading the word
Lily & Edward
You two are so cute! Glad you like your new foods!
The boys love Nature's Recipe too. I remember when there were just a handful of dog foods and they were mostly grains and by-products. It's a much better world for our best friends nowadays. (Not that I'm THAT old either! LOL!)
The one food Mom found that Phantom would actually eat with enjoyment was those Nature's Recipes little tins of grain free chicken. He probably could have eaten four or five in one sitting, but Mom used one or two to spice up his kibble. We are lucky enough to get a taste of Nature's Recipe canned chicken or veal in our nighttime kibble when Mom orders it for us. It is very tasty.
