In my quest for throwing together a summer wardrobe in a flash...I went to my favorite store...TARGET!!

I limited myself to just three pairs. 

Since walking is usually a big part of our trips...flats are a MUST!!!

Flats that work with the BEACH...even better!!  These shoes are so inexpensive and comfortable...they are practically disposable! 

Gotta LOVE that!!

Lost Mojo, Retail Therapy AND the SATC2 Movie Review

I have a bunch of things on my mind today...I've been feeling a little like I've lost my creative mojo lately...no idea why, but I NEED to get it back.  It's here somewhere....just have to FIND it!!!

So...I did what I usually do...

I went to TARGET!!  I just love Target!!!  It's one of my HAPPY Places!!

Don't waste your time going to the new SATC 2 movie....

As much as I REALLY, REALLY wanted to see it and looked forward to seeing it for like two years...

It is NOT worth it.  I will not be purchasing this movie for my collection.  Yes, I did enjoy seeing "the girls" again and I loved all the fashion and the scenery and the AIDEN!!!

The script was AWFUL.  Terrible!!! 

Don't go see it.  OK.....well.....maybe check it out on DVD...RedBox!

Fit Flops...The Decision

My decision has been made about FitFlops. I am going to go for it!!

I have been around and around to all my favorite shopping sites...like Amazon, Zappos, Piperlime, Macy's, and Lord & Taylor.

Finally I decided I really don't feel like waiting....so I gave my friend Alicia a call over at Macy's and lo and behold she had a size 6 in violet! Perfect! I had a tough time deciding on which style to get as they have lots of cute styles...but apparently these things sell really well as most of them are sold out or only available online!!

I am headed over to pick them up tomorrow!! I'll have to give you a Review of them after I have worn them for awhile. As much as I would love to wear a super cute pair of Steve Madden or Jessica Simpson wedges...or my fave BCBG's...it's just NOT going to happen.

Since my diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis along with some other significant problems...I have now been reduced to wearing Crocs most of the time...or my Skechers...which I have in many different colors because I love them!!

Hope everyone has a very Happy Mother's Day Weekend!! Please remember that there are people whose pets ARE there children so it's nice to wish them a Happy Weekend too!!

I looked and looked for a good pair of water shoes / diving boots for my husband for Father's Day. Did alot of research...one of my most favorite things to do

Yeah...I know....I don't have the tan or the legs that I once had. My husband is ALWAYS telling me that I don't wear the cute little things anymore. Well....I'm moving HIM up to this century.

These things are super duper comfortable and he does like them better than my Crocs!

Fun Monday!

This week Robin (the Pensieve one) is hosting Fun Monday, and as we all know, she's a bit of a foot fetishist. So it comes as no surprise that she wants to see shoes...

Ah! Finally a topic I know something about!! I don't have any of my "good" shoes with me though....:( Well, I will have to show you the ones I have worn all summer long. Years ago, my first job when I moved here to New York was selling shoes. Actually met my first husband in the stockroom...LOL!! I wear a sample size so I had literally hundreds of pairs of shoes at the time. We'd get tons and tons of display shoes in size 5. I tell ya....I had shoes and boots and sandals and sneakers in ALL the colors of the rainbow. Well...then...years went by....got pregnant....had my daughter....feet got bigger....body got bigger...divorced first husband...moved. And the list goes on. I no longer wear a size 5 and I sure don't have a couple hundred pairs of shoes anymore. But I still drool when I see Jimmy Choos and Manolos!! Sarah Jessica Parker....a girl after my own heart!!

So, here ya go....a couple of boring pics of my CROCS! Say what you will, these shoes are damn comfortable!! And I really HAVE tried them all!
